Sant Roch opened in March 2026 at 4 rue Saint-Roch, in the 1st arrondissement a stone's throw from the Tuileries. Jules and Chloé Bouscatel, who also run Monday Sports Club (a group of more than 20 boutique studios under the Dynamo, Punch and Riise names) conceived it as a bathhouse built around contrast therapy, with the Roman baths of Lutetia as its reference. The interior is by Toronto's Futurstudio and covers 400 square metres over two levels.

The sauna is the largest in France at over 60 square metres, held between 80 and 90 °C, with programmed lighting, playlists and aromatherapy marking the transitions between rooms. Five stainless cold plunges sit at 5 to 10 °C. The entry sequence runs past a stone fountain on terracotta tiles; the changing rooms are lined with mirrors and arched stone basins.

Sessions run two ways: an open ritual of up to 75 minutes where visitors move at their own pace, and guided rituals led by trained guides over 60 minutes. Bathing is mixed gender with swimwear required. The house is open daily from 8am to 10pm; access is by booked session or membership.
