The Brewer Street club is the original Third Space: three floors of training space, a 20-metre four-lane pool, a training area set on a suspended glass floor above it, studios for yoga, hot yoga, barre and Pilates, and a combat area with a boxing ring and punch bags. Changing rooms are stocked with Cowshed products, hair dryers, GHD straighteners and iron boards. The club opens 05:30 to 22:00 Monday to Friday and 08:00 to 20:00 Saturday and Sunday.

Soho is one of 17 clubs the group runs across London. The others are Battersea, Canary Wharf, Chelsea, City, Clapham Junction, Islington, Marylebone, Mayfair, Moorgate, Paternoster Square, Queen's Park, Richmond, The Whiteley, Tower Bridge, Wimbledon and Wood Wharf. Fit-outs differ from club to club: Canary Wharf covers 100,000 square feet over three floors and adds a 13-metre climbing wall and a HYROX training space; Battersea sits inside the old power station, so each club lists its own facilities and hours.
