One Thirty Labs was founded by Tine Hertz, whose background is in advertising, technology and entrepreneurship. On a work trip to New York she was introduced to whole-body cryotherapy (three minutes at −130 °C) and began building the studio she says did not exist in Copenhagen: one place where medical rigour meets daily life, and health is treated as one system rather than a menu of quick fixes.
The floor is organised as labs. Whole-body cryotherapy sits alongside an infrared sauna, hyperbaric oxygen therapy run as 10-, 20- and 30-session courses, IV therapy, LED light therapy, EMS training, compression and pressotherapy. Clinical programmes add PRP, MMS and pelvic-health treatments.
Treatments are selected on published clinical research and reviewed by the clinical team and a scientific advisory board. Blood and hormone testing runs through the partner Pandonia, read by a functional-medicine advisor with a doctor available when needed. Five guided sequences (Relief, Sculpt, Strong, Glow and Reset) combine the treatments into weekly protocols built around a goal.
